Publication candidate — pending trustee adoption. This document is a complete operating proposal, not yet effective policy. It takes effect only when adopted by recorded resolution of the MSK REGEN trustees. It is not legal advice, regulatory accreditation, or a substitute for local clinical, research, employment or institutional governance.
Publication principle
An authority claim must be supported by a visible method, accountable people, current evidence and a correction route; the website must distinguish adopted policy, active programme, proposal, published result and historical archive. This is why every page in this suite currently carries the "publication candidate — pending trustee adoption" status until the trustees adopt the pack by recorded resolution.

Accuracy and correction
Each page has a named owner and review date; a material factual or scientific error is corrected promptly with a dated correction note where transparency requires; and a withdrawn or expired status must not remain discoverable as current through metadata, schema, PDF or cached directory feeds under IAMRegen’s control.
Machine-readable data must match the visible copy, and structured data must not create an entity, qualification, publication, partnership, accreditation, citation or event mode that the page does not truthfully support.
How IAMRegen is governed: MSK REGEN is the sole legal operator, the trustees hold ultimate authority, the Founding Five act only within written delegation, and members and Fellows have no governance vote.
How IAMRegen identifies and manages actual, potential and perceived conflicts of interest — including the overlapping ORTST editorial roles — with a four-level mitigation scale and a public senior-interests register.
Expected and prohibited conduct across IAMRegen activities, the in-person event and photography rule, and the proportionate ladder of responses to a breach.
How to raise a complaint about IAMRegen, the published service-standard targets, the fair-process framework, sanction principles, and the internal review and appeal route.
