It takes effect only when adopted by recorded resolution of the MSK REGEN trustees. It is not legal advice, regulatory accreditation, or a substitute for local clinical, research, employment or institutional governance.

Events and photography
The Congress is an in-person event; IAMRegen does not provide remote attendance, livestreaming or an online recorded version unless a future event page expressly states otherwise.
Attendees may ordinarily photograph presentation slides for personal educational use, but a speaker, chair or event notice may restrict photography or sharing where required for confidentiality, patient protection, unpublished data, safety or intellectual property; photography does not grant a right to reproduce, publish or commercially exploit the material.
Response to a breach
Responses are proportionate and escalate as needed: advice, correction, apology, content removal, a warning, training, access restriction, event removal, interim suspension, loss of appointment or status, Centre action, publication correction, termination under the Terms, and referral to an employer, professional body, police, safeguarding authority, regulator or insurer where lawful and appropriate.
