Membership & fees

Membership is how you say it..

I AM Regen is a declaration you earn. Join an international Action of clinicians, scientists and engineers — and take your place in the room, your name on the consensus paper, and your standing in the future of the field.

Why belong
Membership isn't a subscription. It's your place in the room, your name on the consensus, and your standing in a field that's only just beginning.
What membership gives you

Why this is worth being in.

In the room
A seat at a closed meeting
IAMRegen is in-person and exclusive — the discussion happens within the group, in the room. Membership puts you in it.
On the paper
Your name on the consensus
Attend and you stay a named contributor on the annual international consensus statement — a citable, lasting output of the field.
Your standing
Declarations you earn & wear
Member, Fellow, Certified, Funded, Presented, Speaker — each a postable "I AM Regen" status that travels with you.
Your craft
Hands-on masterclasses
Learn regenerative injection techniques directly from expert faculty — open to members and Fellows only.
Your people
An international community
Clinicians, scientists and engineers from across the world, building regenerative musculoskeletal medicine together.
What's next
First in line for everything
As IAMRegen grows, members are the gateway to its education, instructional courses and future formal certification.
The fee

What it costs to belong.

One flat fee, per year — and it always includes Congress entry and your place on the consensus paper. Members attend the Congress free; you simply register to secure your seat.

Clinical membership is for doctors only — you must hold a GMC number or proven equivalent. Membership is a single flat fee of €100 for everyone; there is no separate student rate.

Member perk · Patient resources

A patient library — under the I AM Regen brand.

Members get branded, evidence-based patient information they can hand out or link — so patients understand their regenerative options in plain language, and you never have to reinvent the leaflet.

Injectables
PRP
What platelet-rich plasma is, what the evidence shows, and what a course of treatment involves.
Cell-based
SVF
Stromal vascular fraction explained — how it is prepared, where it helps, and what to expect.
Cell-based
Stem cell therapy
A plain-language guide to stem-cell approaches in musculoskeletal care — and their honest limits.
Deciding
How to choose a regen therapy
A patient-friendly framework for weighing options, evidence and expectations before treatment.

The library grows over time. All materials are I AM Regen-branded and written for patients, not clinicians.

Fellowship

Fellow is an honour — not a tier you buy..

Senior consultants and senior academics may apply or be invited to become a Fellow. It recognises standing in the field. Fellows are full members and remain named on the consensus paper.

€150/year
In return, a Fellow may
Give lectures at the Congress
Run seminars and workshops
Host & lead the Case MDT panel
Access enhanced resources
Remain a full member, named on the consensus paper
Fellowship-led · open to members

You're not meant to do this alone.

The hardest part of practising regenerative medicine can be isolation — the feeling that colleagues think you 'do weird stuff'. The I AM Regen Case MDT is a structured space to discuss real cases with peers and seniors. Fellows host the panel; members bring the cases. Good practice spreads, and clinicians get braver — together.

Before you treat
Prospective discussion
Sense-check indication, patient selection and plan with the panel before you proceed.
After you treat
Retrospective discussion
Review outcomes and complications openly, so the whole group learns from real practice.
Two ways to bring a case
1
Submit a case
A simple online form or email exchange — share the case and get structured written input from the panel.
2
Book a live discussion
Reserve a time to talk it through with fellows and peers in a scheduled MDT session.
2 / year
Members
Two case discussions included in your annual membership.
2 / year
Fellows
Two included — and fellows host and chair the panel.
€500
Non-members
Welcome to bring a case, charged per case discussed.
Every discussion ends with a written I AM Regen opinion — reviewed and signed off by our Scientific Advisory Board before it reaches you, so you have a considered, organisation-backed view to act on.
How to join

Three steps to become a member.

01
Apply with a statement
Answer one question — "Why do you want to join IAMRegen?" — in 500 words / 2,500 characters maximum.
02
Review
Your statement is reviewed and either accepted or declined.
03
Pay → Member
Accepted applicants pay the annual fee and become a member — free Congress entry (register to attend) and a place on the consensus paper.
The consensus

One consensus a year — with your name on it.

The consensus runs as a two-round Delphi process. Members contribute remotely and in the room at Congress, and are named as authors on the published output.

STEP 1
Topic chosen
The Scientific Committee selects one consensus topic for the year.
STEP 2
Round 1 on joining
New members are sent the first-round Delphi forms to complete remotely.
STEP 3
Round 2 at Congress
The second round runs live in the room; those present complete it and stay named contributors.
STEP 4
Named on the paper
Members who contribute across the two rounds are named authors on the published consensus.
In person only

"You have to be there" is a stronger identity than any paywall.

IAMRegen is a closed, in-person meeting that happens within the group, in the room. There is no online attendance and no online joining. If you can make it, join us. If you can't make it this year, that's fine — plan ahead and join us next year.
