I AM Regen Centres of Excellence

Apply to become a Centre of Excellence.

Recognition is open to Fellow-led clinics, laboratories and departments. It is a single short application against seven essential checks, assessed by two independent reviewers in a 30–45 minute conversation. Recognition is voluntary and time-limited — it is not regulatory accreditation, a licence to practise, a certification of every practitioner or treatment, or a guarantee of outcome. A €100 administration fee is payable only after approval.

The seven essential checks

Identity and lead
Your legal organisation and site are accurately named, with a current IAMRegen Fellow accountable for the relationship.

Regulated and insured
The permissions, professional, facility or laboratory registrations and insurance for your declared work are current.

Safe and ethical
Proportionate consent, privacy, safeguarding, incident / adverse-event and complaint arrangements are in place.

Quality in practice
Controlled processes, trained people and suitable facilities and equipment, with learning from incidents and audit.

Evidence and outcomes
You review evidence and monitor clinical, laboratory, research or service quality appropriate to your scope.

Honest public claims
Public information does not overstate evidence, regulation, “stem cells”, certification, outcomes or IAMRegen endorsement; conflicts are declared.

Collaboration
You support the Visiting Fellowship pathway and make at least one MDT, teaching or case / science contribution each year.
How it works

A short, proportionate application.

  1. 01One short application — about 30 minutes when your registration, insurance and quality documents are to hand.
  2. 02No more than five evidence items. A verifiable public or institutional link may replace an upload.
  3. 03A one-page Visiting Fellowship offer — the defining contribution of a Centre of Excellence.
  4. 04A 30–45 minute conversation with two independent reviewers.
  5. 05A decision: Approve, Approve with minor actions, Not yet, or Decline — each with short reasons.
Start your application

The application is completed by the accountable IAMRegen Fellow inside the member portal, where you attach your evidence, draft the one-page Visiting Fellowship offer and sign the declaration. Once approved, recognition runs for a two-year term and is kept current with a simple annual six-tick confirmation.
